Delivery: Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12:00 noon are typically delivered on the next working day.
Weekend orders: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are generally processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery charges: £5.99 for orders below £20, with charges reducing based on order value. Orders of £50 and above qualify for free delivery.
Frozen products: A £2.99 packaging charge applies to every order containing frozen products.

The product quality is average and didn’t fully meet my expectations. The packaging was okay, but the item itself felt slightly below standard compared to what was described. Delivery was on time, but overall the experience could have been better. Hoping for improvements in quality.
