Delivery: Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12:00 noon are typically delivered on the next working day.
Weekend orders: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are generally processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery charges: £5.99 for orders below £20, with charges reducing based on order value. Orders of £50 and above qualify for free delivery.
Frozen products: A £2.99 packaging charge applies to every order containing frozen products.
Saturday delivery may be available for an additional £3.99 charge. Delivery times may vary for remote areas, Scottish Highlands, islands, and other restricted postal locations.
Returns: Eligible products can be returned within 10 days of the delivery date, subject to our return conditions.
